Refund policy

Returns 
We want you to love your Perfume Beauty Store purchase but if you don’t, just return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

For a full refund on products with a free gift or purchased as part of an offer, please return all products otherwise your refund will not be processed.

In addition to the above, you have a statutory right to cancel your order from the date we confirm our acceptance of your order until the date which is 14 days after your products are delivered to you. This means that if you change your mind during this time, you can simply notify us of your decision and return the products for a full refund (less any reduction in value of the goods caused by your handling of them) including delivery costs (as permitted by law, the maximum amount refunded for delivery will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive method offered at the time of purchase). Please note, this right to cancel does not apply to items which are unsuitable for return due to personalization, health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery (unless they are faulty). 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used once we’ve received and processed your return or PayPal account.

Returning your product 
To return your product, you should send your product FAO: PERFUME BEAUTY STORE

Unless the products are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so.
